Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electra Sensing Technology EL63D1000Z8/24L8S3JR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress--Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fujinon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fireye product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress--Hauser such as the FTW31A2A3CB4A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CF50HA1 manufactured by Fujinon and we are pleased to be able to service most Fujinon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 48PT29007 by Manufacturer Fireye as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Electra-flo Brand EFL43 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fendall-Sperian such as 32001300000 equipment made by Fendall-Sperian have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EGT25000C1096 by Euchner and 32001300000 spares by Fendall-Sperian are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FMC1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fmc.
